Thank you for your interest in Endeavor Charter School.
Every teacher’s goal is to be the teacher that makes a difference in some child’s life. At Endeavor Charter, teachers will be treated as the valuable professionals they are. They will be encouraged to delve deeply into their respective curriculums and make choices about the ideal methods and materials for students to best understand and truly learn that curriculum. Finally, our staff will be encouraged to seek out resources from the immediate staff, local community, and elsewhere as they build a learning program for their students. Each homeroom at ECS houses only 18 students. Teachers on each grade level share a two hour common planning block each week. They also share a one hour duty-free lunch each day. Endeavor meets the Wake County pay scale.
If you are looking for a school where you can provide a deep, rich and meaningful study, Endeavor is the place!
