Forms Required for Consideration for Employment: 
 
 
Pay Rates
 
Currently Endeavor pays the following rates:
 
$90 a day    Current or previously licensed subs (copy of teaching license must be given to Tina)
 
$79 a day    Subs who have completed WCPSS's SETT training, individuals who have completed
                  student teaching, individuals with a graduate degree, individuals with an Early Education (BK)
                  degree
 
$69 a day    Subs who meet minimum requirements or have a bachelor's degree 
 
Accepting a Job as Substitute Teacher
 
Once you have submitted the application and forms above, your papers will be held and you will be contacted once space is available on the sub list. Once you have been added to the list, we will ask you to complete  the forms below. You do not have to complete these form to apply for a substitute position, but you will need them to get paid once you have been added to the list. Please bring them with you the first day you sub. 
 
Direct Deposit Form (due prior to being paid)
Tax Form W-4 (due prior to being paid)
I9 (due prior to being paid)
Tax Form NC (due prior to being paid)
Health Certificate (due within 30 days)
 
 
 
Current Substitutes
 
If, as an active substitute, you have questions, please contact:
 
Tina Bauldree - hiring, payroll, tax paperwork, emergency illness and emergency sub plans
 
Classroom Teacher - arranging a planned absence, questions about sub plans, classroom policies and procedures
 
Grade Level or Department - Questions that arise about classroom policies and procedures on the day you are subbing
