 Development Coordinator 

The Development Coordinator will design and implement a strategic long-term plan for fundraising and public outreach for Endeavor Charter School.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop an understanding of the unique qualities of Endeavor Charter School
  •  Identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations
  •  Develop and promote planned giving opportunities for stakeholders
  •  Plan and execute fundraising events in coordination with staff and/or volunteers
  •  Communicate news of the school with internal and external audiences
  •  Manage communication with groups that support the school including, but not limited to, alumni, past parents, current parents and  community members
  •  Develop and manage a school partner database
  •  Seek and apply for grant opportunities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree and experience in the field
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience working with a staff and volunteers
  • Experience in solicitation of gifts


  • This is a part-time position (20-25 hrs/week)
  •  There will be a base salary reflective of experience
  • An incentive will be provided related to fundraising totals
  • Some meetings during school hours on-site will be required
  • The remaining hours will occur at various locations as determined by the needs of the job
