Carpool Procedures

• No Cell Phones Please!
• FOLLOW ALL CARPOOL TEAM INSTRUCTIONS
• DO NOT CHANGE LANES UNLESS INSTRUCTED
• ALWAYS Display Carpool Tag
• STAY ALERT and pull as far forward as possible
• PLEASE inform any substitute drivers of the procedures
• Form carpools to reduce wait time

Carpool Tags:

• All new families/groups will be provided with two official ECS carpool tags one of which must be displayed hanging from their rearview mirror until the child is in the car.  

• For a replacement or additional carpool tag, please fill out this FORM. New tags are $5 and are ordered once at the beginning of every quarter. During the waiting period for a new tag, a loaner tag will be issued until the permanent tag arrives. For questions  contact Jeanine Viola in the front office at jviola@endeavorcharter.com  

• Do not arrive before 7:50am unless you are dropping off for Morning Care, we MUST keep lanes open for STAFF to access parking!
• At 7:50, cars may begin to line up in the two right lanes, cones will be placed where the line starts (see map below)
• IMPORTANT: if the ECS driveway lanes are full, do not wait in the left turn lane of One World Way to turn left into campus, proceed further down onto Unicon Dr. and make a u-turn to join the end of the line (see map below) When waiting in line on One World Way or Unicon Drive, please move as FAR TO THE RIGHT side as possible and DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS OR ROADS!
• Please be patient and follow all carpool staff instructions
• Students will unload at the cones along the side of the current building's main entrance (not the playground side)
• Students may not exit their cars until 8:10 when the carpool staff is in place
• Carpool staff will be available to guide students to their classrooms

• Do not arrive before 2:50pm, we must keep ALL lanes open until 2:50pm
• At 2:50, cars may begin to line up in the two right lanes, cones will be placed near the center median to begin the line (see photo below)
• IMPORTANT: if the ECS driveway lanes are full, do not wait in the left turn lane of One World Way to turn left into campus, proceed further down onto Unicon Dr., and make a U-turn to join the end of the line (see map below) When waiting in line on One World Way or Unicon Drive, please move as FAR TO THE RIGHT side as possible and DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS OR ROADS!
• Please be patient and follow all carpool staff instructions
• Display your carpool tag at all times, a member of the carpool staff will write your name down in the ORDER AND LANE that you arrive in
• DO NOT SWITCH LANES! Switching lanes causes our carpool lists to be out of order!
• Students will load along the side of the main entrance
• If your child is not on the sidewalk at the time you pull up, carpool staff will instruct you on how to re-enter the line for a recall
