Middle School

Middle School is a time of transition for students. Our students continue to build a strong base in their academic subjects while preparing to enter High School. Expectations increase as the students progress from grade 6 to 8 to best prepare them for their future. Students in middle school take English, Reading, Social Studies, Science and Math. They also are able to choose an elective from a wide variety of topics, including but not limited to Spanish, Drama, Music (Band), Art, PE, technology, and service. Students participate in school dances, student council, service opportunities, Stride For The Pride Fun Run and Color Run, and many field trips. Middle school students are able to compete either in our intramural program or as a member of our sports teams.
